City of St. Louis Democratic Central Committee Elects Officials - August 15, 2006

City Democrats re-elected chairman Brian Wahby and made State Rep. Yaphett S. El-Amin vice chair of the party’s central committee on Tuesday evening.

Chairman - Briah Wahby (7th Ward) -- no change
Vice-Chair - Yaphett El-Amin (1st) -- beat out Patricia Moss (26th) by a vote of 28-25.
Secretary - Kathy Gamache (11th Ward) -- no change
Sgt-at-Arms - Tishaura Jones (8th Ward) -- no change
Treasurer - Joe Keaveny (28th Ward) -- no change
